Cody Zucker is a New Jersey licensed CPA and active real estate investor since 2017, with short-term rentals at the Jersey Shore and the Smoky Mountains. He built and self-managed his own STR portfolio, then expanded his work to help other owners unlock higher revenue and more consistent five-star stays. Cody brings a systems-first, revenue-focused mindset that turns well-run STRs into top-performing assets.
As a CPA, he has advised clients across financial services, asset management, and Fortune 100 companies, bringing institutional-grade financial discipline and decision-making to short-term rental operations. That same analytical rigor shapes how EAM approaches pricing strategy, owner reporting, and portfolio-level performance tracking.
When he is not optimizing STR performance, Cody is hiking, exploring national parks, or tracking down exceptional coffee while walking the boardwalks of the Jersey Shore.
